Apnea Link Sleep Apnea Screening

The Regional Sleep Disorders Center at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital offers sleep apnea screening using a device called Apnea Link.  The screening is easy to use and available to anyone over the age of 18.

There is no charge for an Apnea Link screening. To sign up contact the Sleep Disorders Center at (920) 459-4766.

The Apnea Link is a recording device that is a little bigger than a cell phone. It has an air flow sensor similar to an oxygen cannula and an oxygen saturation finger probe that is worn overnight by the person being screened. The device is returned to the Sleep Disorders Center after use for a downloaded report that indicates the wearer’s risk of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. A board certified sleep specialist will review the data.  A letter will be sent to you with the results to discuss with your primary care physician.

For more information about OSA or Apnea Link contact the Regional Sleep Disorders Center at (920) 459-4766.
