Scholarship Guidelines
The Partners of St. Nicholas Hospital have established five $1,000 scholarships to provide financial assistance to worthy Sheboygan County high school seniors who will be pursuing careers in a healthcare field at a four-year university, college, or nursing school.
 
The scholarships are a one-time award.

Completed application packets must be received by Friday, April 9, 2010, and should be mailed to:

Scholarship recipients will be determined by a selection committee in late April.  Counselors will be notified by phone; winners will be announced at their respective awards ceremonies.
